Scope

This privacy policy applies to mimagic.ai, a static informational website operated by MiMagic GmbH. This site does not host an application, does not require registration, and does not process user accounts. Commercial product privacy is governed separately at getenchilada.com.

What we collect

This site is intentionally minimal:

• No analytics by default. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no fingerprinting scripts.
• No tracking cookies. The site does not set first-party tracking cookies.
• No external font, script, or asset CDN calls. Fonts, styles, and assets are self-hosted in EU jurisdiction. Sovereignty principle.

What our hosting provider sees

The site is served via Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare's edge network logs IP addresses and request metadata for short retention periods as part of its standard operation (DDoS protection, performance). See Cloudflare's privacy documentation for details. We do not access, retain, or process these logs ourselves.

If we enable analytics later

If we enable analytics in future, the chosen tool will be EU-hosted and DSGVO-compliant (Plausible Analytics or equivalent). This privacy policy will be updated before any analytics goes live.

Contact form / email

The site does not include a contact form. If you email hello@mimagic.ai, your email is processed by our mail provider for the purpose of replying to your inquiry. We do not use email contents for marketing purposes and do not pass them to third parties without your consent.

Your rights (DSGVO / GDPR)

You have the right to information about, correction of, and erasure of personal data we hold about you, where applicable. Requests can be sent to hello@mimagic.ai.

Changes

This privacy policy may be updated. The current version is always published at mimagic.ai/privacy.
