Michael co-founded MiMagic GmbH to build the foundation layer for European AI knowledge systems. He works on compliance, local and cloud AI architecture and deployments — across Azure, AWS, and on-premise.

His writing here is on the EU AI Act, model deployment from local hardware to public cloud, and the boundary between what regulation requires and what infrastructure provides. Field notes from the build, not announcements.
